Administrative Assistant role

Calling all first and second jobbers! Are you a University Graduate/Secretarial college Graduate looking for an Administrative Assistant role within London?

We have a great Administrative Assistant role based in the heart of central London for a growing boutique Private Equity firm in Mayfair.

They have an exciting future ahead of them and are looking for an enthusiastic person to join them and provide this administrative support. They are looking for someone with real drive to become an integral part of the team.

The role:

This is a newly created role for someone looking to gain experience, is proactive and has a can-do attitude.

The role will grow but initially it will be a variety of light administrative duties across different aspects and areas of the business such as running the reception desk (you will be based in the main office sitting with the team), keeping facilities in order, being able to provide professional and efficient support to visitors and colleagues when called upon.

What they are looking for:

  • Ideally 6 months work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Polished communication skills with good spoken and written English 
  • Competent time management and organisational skills with a flexible approach 
  • Strong attention to detail
