Executive Assistant/Project Manager -Executive Search

This a great opportunity to support two extremely successful Consultants in one of the top Executive Search firms in London.

If you are looking for a meaty role and a real challenge that will see you really involved and working for two great individuals then this could be the role for you.

My client is looking for the best of the best EA to ensure the smooth running of their ‘search management’. Supporting two busy individuals, you will be managing a busy diary, liaising at the highest levels with clients and candidates, organising meetings, acting as a gatekeeper, point of contact and being a true ambassador for this Consultant and business. 

You will support this Consultant on senior-level search work, which will require excellent communication and organisational skills. You will additionally offer ad hoc admin support for one other as and when requested. This will be a role where the days whizz in a driven but enjoyable environment. 

EA/Project Manager - Executive Search - Mayfair, London

Ideally you will have strong EA experience within a large and fast paced environment. Experience within a Headhunting/Executive Search firm is beneficial but not a necessity. 

You will need to be extremely versatile, very well presented, able to liaise at all levels and have an excellent work ethic. You will also be looking to establish a long-term career working for this Consultant. If this sounds like you then apply now.

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum DOE plus bonus.
