Office Assistant - Tech

Are you a proactive 1st/2nd jobber with good admin skills, looking for a role you can really own and make your own?

Working in Notting Hill for a Tech startup, you will work in a wonderful and creative based environment but for a company at the top of their game.


This role will see you working as an Office Assistant (reporting into their Operations Manager who is lovely!). It will be a varied role including office/operations admin, PA duties and some marketing admin duties. 

My client is looking for someone proactive with real potential who can own this role and progress within the company over time. This is a fun but professional company to work for and it's a great opportunity for someone with the following skills:

  • At least 6-12 month experience (ideal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and wants to do well
  • Detailed oriented 
  • Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
  • Can-do attitude
  • Friendly with a  good sense of humour
