Receptionist - Insurance

Calling all Receptionist available immediately! New role *Paying up to 25k+*

City, London.

This is a role working for a top Insurance company based in the City. It is really lovely place to work with great people and an amazing office!This role will see the successful candidate providing a full Front of House Reception cover with one other Receptionist - it is a traditional Reception role with a chance to get involved with various admin duties including some office management.

Key reception responsibilities will include:

Screening calls, meeting and greeting visitors, managing the meeting rooms, serving coffee and tea, organising lunches, couriers, taxis, post etc. Ad hoc admin assistance.

  • My client is looking for someone with a great work ethic, a muck-in attitude who will work well in a team
  • The successful candidate will be a true brand ambassador as the first point of call for the company. This candidate will provide a seamless level of customer service
  • To apply for this role you must have at least 6 months+ years reception/office experience and be available IMMEDIATELY.

What they are offering:

  • Salary up to £25,000 per annum + (depending on experience/salary history) plus discretionary bonus and 28 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays!)
