Receptionist required for 12 month Maternity Contract

Calling all Receptionist available immediately for a fantastic 6-12 month maternity cover!

This is a role working for a top Insurance company based in the City. It is really lovely place to work with great people and an amazing office!

This role will see the successful candidate providing a full Front of House Reception cover with one other Receptionist - it is a traditional Reception role with a chance to get involved with various admin duties including some office management.

Key reception responsibilities will include:

  • Screening calls, meeting and greeting visitors, managing the meeting rooms, serving coffee and tea, organising lunches, couriers, taxis, post etc. 
  • Ad hoc admin assistance. 

What they are looking for:

  • My client is looking for someone with a great work ethic, a muck-in attitude who will work well in a team
  • The successful candidate will be a true brand ambassador as the first point of call for the company. This candidate will provide a seamless level of customer service
  • To apply for this role you must have at least 4+ years reception experience and be available IMMEDIATELY. 

What they are offering:

  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience/salary history) and 25 days holiday per annum (pro-rata)
  • 6-12 month contract.
