Administrative Assistant and Receptionist - Private Equity

Are you a top Administrative Assistant who can also juggle Front of House and Office Management at the same time? Then we are looking for you!

About the role
This is a role working for a growing Private Equity start-up based in Knightsbridge. It is really lovely place to work with great people and an amazing office! This role will see the successful candidate providing high-level administrative support to senior investment professionals and at the same time take on the office's Front of House and Office Management duties.

Key responsibilities
With a varied role your duties will range from supporting the team one moment with diary, travel and expenses management, the next you will help out with Office Management and acting as a true ambassador to the company by screening incoming calls and meeting and greeting visitors, to name but a few. This is a busy and varied role that will see the days fly by, working alongside a great team.

What they are looking for:

  • A pro-active, positive individual with two years or more Receptionist, Admin Assistant, PA or EA experience.
  • Someone who can work in a fast pace environment and is happy to muck in and support their team.
  • A well-presented receptionist with pleasant and efficient phone mannerism, excellent front of house skills and professional written and verbal communication abilities.  
  • Confidence with all MS Office applications is essential.
  • Ability to cope with aggressive deadlines and work under pressure

What you will get:
A salary of 25-30K (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits and 25 days holiday per annum.
