Corporate Front of House with Team Assistant duties - Finance firm, London.
We have just taken on a great opportunity for a professional, friendly and well presented candidate to work in a fast-paced finance firm in Central London.
Based in their busy office, this is a company at the top of their game. As a result they are looking for a candidate who can work under pressure, multi-task and deliver.
This role will see you in charge of the Front of House reception desk. You will need to be experienced in delivering top levels of customer service, with excellent communication skills and a warm and engaging personality. As well as typical reception duties including meeting and greeting guests, screening calls, managing diaries and meeting rooms, this role will also include additional team assistant/PA duties. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or of graduate calibre and have experience within an office, ideally in a front of house role.
