EA - Family Office

EA with Office Management duties for a prestigious Family Office based in Mayfair.

We are currently recruiting for a truly one off role, for an experienced and highly organised EA, to work within a small but high profile and successful investment firm. This is a firm who truly value their employees and put an emphasis on work/life balance. 

Based in some of the most sought after offices in Mayfair you will support the Chairman and three dynamic and busy Investors as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office day to day. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Diary Management 
  • Arranging all national and international travel 
  • Managing all office facilities 
  • Processing expenses 
  • All admin duties 

The ideal candidate will come from a Private Equity, Venture capital or Family Office background, be highly organised with a positive attitude and have the ability to work autonomously whilst being a true team player. The company are small but are growing rapidly and it is a great time to come on board!
