My Client, a highly successful and driven investment firm, is growing fast and hence looking to recruit a second, highly experienced EA to join their ambitious team.

This role will suit someone looking to work in a fast paced and driven environment; someone looking for a company where they can really make their mark and get involved with EA and Office Management duties.

Supporting at Partner level (plus small team), you will need exceptional organisational skills to manage a demanding schedule; arrange meetings over time zones, plan complex international travel and take a wholly proactive approach to everything you do. You need to be someone who is flexible and adaptable to changing needs and someone who embraces getting involved.

My client is looking for a top Executive Assistant (the best of the best!) who is used to working within finance and supporting at senior level.  Ideally you will have an Investment EA/PA background.

What you get:

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (doe) plus excellent benefits and discretionary bonus
