EA Property Tech Start-up

Our client is looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant with experience and interest in communications and client executive work.

About the role

You'll be the EA to the company's CEO for three days per week where you will be structuring their diary and meetings, and prioritising their schedule. For the rest of the week you will carry out communications/client executive work, which includes liaising with property companies and insurance companies, providing training on the company's services.

Great scope for growth within a small but dynamic team.   

The role offers up to £33K plus a discretionary bonus and is based near Waterloo, London. Benefits also included. 

About you

  • At least 3 years+ experience (ideal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and wants to do well
  • Detailed oriented 
  • Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
  • Can-do attitude
  • Friendly with a  good sense of humour
