EA role with events based in stunning Private Equity firm in Mayfair!

Paying 40-50k plus excellent benefits and discretionary bonus.

We have just taken on a very exciting new role for a super-star EA to join the team at a leading Private Equity firm in Mayfair. This role is a little different to their standard EA roles as it is supporting a team which will allow the individual to get involved with organising events, liaising with external advisors, creating presentations etc.

In addition to the events side of this role, on the EA side you will be managing a team of seven individuals with class diary, travel planning, expenses, managing the database, coordinating external suppliers.

My client is looking for a proactive EA who wants to do well and go that extra mile. Someone who wants to work as part of a team of EAs and provide cover and help as requested by other members of that team and the investment professional team.

What they are looking for:

  • Investment EA experience in working in a fast paced and high pressure environment supporting more than one person
  • Ability to juggle constantly changing and complex diaries
  • Experience with event organisation
  • Experienced with Outlook , Excel, Powerpoint and other Office Suites
  • Experience with communicating with executive management teams and external suppliers
  • Graduate caliber
