HR Manager - City, London

A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Generalist HR Manager, with a Recruitment focus, to join one of our Insurance clients based in the City, London. This is an exciting period of growth and as a result their HR team is growing. 

As HR Manager you will be part of a focused and motivated team in a fast paced environment. This role will see you maintaining and enhancing the organisation’s Human Resources department by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource requirements, policies and practices. The role will see you supporting the organisation’s culture and values and its embedding throughout the organisation including promoting the cultural behaviours. You will also help the HR team to develop and deliver people management strategies which support the organisation’s overall strategic aims and objectives.

If you are a positive and proactive HR Manager who is CIPD qualified and who particularly enjoys the Generalist and Recruitment side to the role, then this would be a brilliant opportunity for you. 

Key responsibilities:

Employee Relations
Managing policies and procedures
Reward advise and support; draft papers for Remuneration and Nomination
Design and develop reports for management
On-Boarding and Off-Boarding

What they are looking for:

CIPD qualified or relevant experience
Relevant HR Manager experience 
Experience in Financial Services Industry 

What you will get:

Salary: £45,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, discretionary bonus and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
