HR Officer - Private Equity

HR Officer required for top Private Equity firm, Central London

A top PE firm in Central London is looking for a super star HR Officer, ideally within finance HR experience, to join their team.

Based in a stunning office, this role sits within their small HR department. This team contributes to the overall success of the business by providing expert assistance with employee relations, talent management, recruitment requirements and ensuring the business functions in an effective manner.

My client is looking to strengthen the Human Resource function with an HR Officer, so they hence need someone with solid experience. The HR Officer will be working closely with the HR Manager to build the Human Resource function to support the companies overall strategic objectives, offering an effective and efficient HR service This is a generalist role supporting all their European offices. 

What they are looking for:

  • HR generalist experience gained within Private Equity or an Asset Management environment
  • Graduate or equivalent (CIPD qualification or part qualification a plus, but not a requirement)
  • Proven experience in working with databases and systems 
  • Highly adaptable and flexible in thinking and approach 
  • Desire to join a small team with a broad spectrum of responsibilities 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented
