PA/Office Manager - Communications Consultancy

We have a great new PA/Office Manager role at a blossoming boutique PR firm. They are a growing, ambitious, hard working company taking on new clients all the time and so have outgrown their current Virtual Assistant setup. Our client is looking for someone bright and confident ready for the challenge of revolutionising the office, so you will need to roll your sleeves up and hit the ground running! The team is lovely and fun and they all have a great sense of humour, we're really excited about this role and the potential the right candidate could have within the company. 

Basic responsibilities will include: 

  • Office management to include liaising with suppliers 
  • Administration duties including meetings, diary and travel 
  • Executive support to CEO and Head of Business Development 
  • Management of new business meetings; administration and organisation 
  • First point of contact for the office 
  • Keeping systems up to date and implementing processes for the team 
  • Event organisation and assisting with events project work 
  • Minor HR responsibilities 

Salary: £25-£35k depending on experience and salary history. 

Good benefits package including discretionary, performance related bonus and Bupa health insurance. 

Hours generally: 9 am – 6 pm.

You must have at least two years support experience, excellent IT and communication skills (both verbal and written), and comfortable working in a fast-paced and often high-pressure environment.
