Personal Assistant - Operations - Private Equity

PA to Operations Team - Private Equity - Central London

Our client, a thriving Private Equity firm is looking for an excellent PA to work within their Operations team. The candidate needs to show a genuine interest in diversifying their PA role by taking on operations administration whilst continuing to deliver the core PA duties to a high level.

Within this role, you will have to be able to demonstrate that you are a strong decision maker and able to work under pressure. You will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit with clear ideas and the initiative to thrive in this demanding yet rewarding role.

Example duties:
PA duties will include support to 2 Partners and team:

  • Extensive diary, travel and meeting management  
  • Processing expenses  
  • PowerPoint presentations - this will include organising and preparing all meeting documentation board meetings  
  • Liaising with Portfolio companies  
  • Database management and managing activities into the CRM system 
  • Managing all business correspondence 
  • Ad-hoc personal admin for Partners  


Operations support:

  • Maintenance and upkeep of operations documents  
  • Managing monthly communications updates  
  • Attending meetings 
  • Working with the team to support the upkeep the CRM system and leads 


Do you possess the following attributes?

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)  
  • Broad understanding of IT and a very good aptitude in all MS office applications (especially PowerPoint and Word) 
  • Able to deliver quickly and work at a fast pace
