FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER/PA TO THE CEO REQUIRED FOR A SUCCESSFUL PR FIRM 

Our client is a hugely successful and energetic PR firm based in Victoria who are currently recruiting for an ambitious Receptionist/PA to join their team. The ideal candidate will be looking for a role where they can completely immerse themselves and become a pivotal part of the team.

Within this role you will be overseeing all reception duties and making sure the office runs smoothly, as well as providing full PA support to the CEO. You will be the first point of contact for all external and internal parties and must be a multi tasker, with impeccable attention to detail and the capacity to work in a fast paced environment. 

The main duties of this role will include but not be limited to: 

  • Supporting the CEO and senior management team with all admin requirements 
  • Booking all company travel 
  • Organising company wide events - including Christmas parties and summer away days 
  • Ordering office supplies 
  • Diary Management and booking all meeting rooms
  • Liaising with cleaning staff and any serviceman 
  • Managing all post and couriers

The ideal candidate for this role will be graduate level and have at least six months experience as well as proven IT skills and above all the willingness to learn and want to progress as well as a good sense of humour.
