We have a super opportunity for a Receptionist to join one of our top international Private Equity clients in Mayfair. Based in Stunning offices you will be part of a team of two.
This is a busy and fast paced environment where every day will whizz by. The role is varied and will require flexibility and a desire to grow in the role, support office management and truly take ownership of delivering a first class service both internally and externally.
In terms of responsibilities you role will include but not be limited to managing the switchboard, meeting and greeting, managing meeting rooms and the meeting room diary, helping with office management administration and ad hoc team administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly and loves to be a true ambassador to their employer. They want someone who has a true willingness to go above and beyond. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist - experience in a busy, professional services environment is preferred. Paying up to 35k plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
