Receptionist-Team Assistant - Top Law Firm

Are you a top Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who can juggle Front of House and Administrative Assistance at the same time? Then we are looking for you!

About the role:
This is a role working for a growing US Law firm who are setting up their first office in London. It is really exciting place to work and an amazing office! You will have the opportunity to work in a start-up type environment where you can get really involved and evolve your role, with the added bonus of working for a well known, highly successful and established US name. 

Key responsibilities:
With a varied role your duties will range from managing their reception/Front of House to  helping the team with administration/PA tasks to supporting their Office Manager. This role will see you acting as a true ambassador to the company by screening incoming calls and meeting and greeting visitors, to name but a few. This is a busy and varied role that will see the days fly by, working alongside a great team.

What they are looking for:

  • A pro-active, positive individual with some Receptionist, Office Assistant/coordinator or Admin Assistant experience
  • Someone who can work in a fast pace environment and is happy to muck in and support their team.
  • A well-presented receptionist with an efficient phone manner, excellent front of house skills and professional written and verbal communication abilities.  
  • Confidence with all MS Office applications is essential.

What you will get:

A salary of 21-28K (depending on experience) plus discretionary annual bonus and excellent benefits
