Talent Development Coordinator of growing City firm!

We have an exciting Talent Development Coordinator role working within the Learning and Development Team of one of our favourite clients. Due to low employee turnover this is a rare opportunity, they are a fantastic company and all members of the team are valued and respected. Though they are growing into a medium to large sized company, they like people who work with a small company mentality, are team players and can work in a collaborative way. 

Our client is looking for someone with a genuine interest in people development. You must have 2+ years experience of HR and confidentiality alongside proven skillsets such as complex event logistics including planning and execution, systems and learning new ones, on boarding new starters, document and information pack compilation and production.

You must be a self starter with a creative flare who is used to a fast-paced, non-linear, multi-faceted role. Our client is looking for a solution finder who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. Above all this is a process driven role so you must be system savvy, a quick learner and have excellent time management skills.
