Team Assistant/Receptionist

Exciting opportunity - 12 month initial contract for a Receptionist/Team Assistant to join this growing and successful boutique Private Equity firm in Mayfair. Amazing company, lovely people (they really value their employees) and a rare chance to join as turnover is very low. 

This is a role working for a growing Private Equity firm based in Mayfair. It is really lovely place to work with great people and an amazing office! This role will see the successful candidate providing high-level administrative support to investment professionals and take on the office's Front of House. Hours 9am-5.30pm.

Key responsibilities:
With a varied role your duties will range from supporting the team one moment with diary, travel and expenses management, the next you be acting as a true ambassador to the company by screening incoming calls and meeting and greeting visitors, to name but a few. This is a busy and varied role that will see the days fly by, working alongside a great team.

  • A pro-active team player 
  • Someone who can work in a fast pace environment and is happy to muck in and support their team
  • A well-presented receptionist with friendly and efficient phone manner, excellent front of house skills and professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confidence with all MS Office applications is essential - Word, Powerpoint and Excel
