Team Assistant Tech Start-up


Are you a proactive 1st/2nd jobber with good admin skills, looking for a role in a  company at the top of their game?

Our client is a growing Tech start-up based in Notting Hill, who are now hiring their second assistant to join the team.

Based in their amazing offices, this new assistant role will be a mixture of office/operations admin, PA duties, research, customer experience (e-mails, live chat, telephone), drafting role postings, scheduling interviews etc.

My client is looking for someone proactive with real potential who can own this role and progress within the company over time. This is a fun but professional company to work for and it's a great opportunity for someone with the following skills:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Ambitious 
  • Hard working
  • Able to hold their own on the phone with senior people
  • High energy and enthusiasm to help the company achieve its goals
  • At least 12 month+ experience (ideal)
  • Friendly with a  good sense of humour

What you get
